On Day 14, we present the staging deliverable. If it does not meet your exact standards, you walk away. We eat the cost. If you love it, the first invoice triggers.
Why do we do this?
We know that trusting an offshore team is terrifying. You've probably been burned before. We remove the fear by putting our own money on the line.
If we fail to deliver, we lose 2 weeks of engineering time. This forces us to only take projects we can crush, and it forces us to execute flawlessly.
